This website is a record of my experiences with developing strength and vitality. I don’t claim to be a certified health and fitness expert, but I do have nearly ten years of experience of lifting weights, learning about exercise and studying nutrition. Ever since I can remember I have been fascinated with being strong. If you want a good place to learn about new, fun home workouts, you’ve come to the right place!
While there was a time that I used to workout at a public gym, the majority of my workouts have been done right at home. I enjoy the convenience of not needing to get a gym bag ready or having to drive every time I want to exercise. Also, at my house I can listen to whatever music I want. My goal with this site is to reach out and share my knowledge and experience with anyone that can benefit. I hope to not only inform you of home workout routines and knowledge, but to also inspire and motivate you to continually improve upon your current level of health and fitness. And I honestly believe that when done in right way, a workout program can contribute to the improvement of every aspect in our lives.
We need to figure what it is we want, and go for it. There will always be set backs no matter how well we plan. We need to adapt to every situation. For example, at the time of this writing I have an injured hand and so I can’t do upper body workouts for at least a week. It’s irritating, it’s frustrating but it’s life, and in life a lot of times things don’t go the way we want them to.
In closing this opening statement of my website, I’d like to share a saying that I recently came up with. I hope it gives you the same inspiration that it gives me. “Coulda woulda shoulda… didn’t. Doesn’t matter. Regroup, reassess, and really nail it next time.”
